Returns & Refunds — D\CIPLE Clothing Co

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

For all approved returns, return shipping is completely free. Customers will never be charged return shipping costs.

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report an issue.

Defective Item Returns

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, D\CIPLE Clothing Co will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval.

How to Start a Return

Include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Address

Approved returns are processed through our fulfillment partner's return facility (Printful). The correct return address and instructions will be provided after your claim is approved.

Fulfillment & Logistics (Printful)

All D\CIPLE Clothing Co products are made to order through Printful. Please note the following:

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Errors on our part are covered at our expense.

• Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Reshipment fees may apply for address errors (this does not apply to returns for defective items).
• Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments returned unclaimed are held for 30 days, after which they are donated to charity.
• Size Exchanges: We do not offer size exchanges. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

For EU consumers: Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items.
