All orders from D\CIPLE Clothing Co are printed and fulfilled on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Processing time includes printing, embroidery, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Processing times may increase during high-volume periods or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Rates are set by Printful and their shipping carriers.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customs & International Orders

  • International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is delayed, please allow extra time for carrier transit.

  • If your order appears lost, contact us and we will work with Printful to investigate.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
