Because our products are made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns
“We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. For approved returns, return shipping is free.”
Return Shipping Costs
We do not accept returns for non-defective items such as incorrect sizing or change of mind. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, D\CIPLE Clothing Co covers return or replacement shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved due to damage or error, D\CIPLE Clothing Co will cover return shipping or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
