Thank you for shopping with D\CIPLE Clothing Co. All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your item is created just for you after your order is placed.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and produced before shipping.

• Production time: 2–7 business days
• During high-volume periods (holidays, drops, sales), production may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times begin after your order has been produced.

United States
• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days

International
• Standard shipping: 10–20 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Please note these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


MULTIPLE ITEMS / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are produced at different fulfillment centers. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.


SHIPPING DELAYS
D\CIPLE Clothing Co is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Customs processing
• Weather or natural events
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We appreciate your patience if delays occur.


INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:
• Order number
• Photos (if damaged)
• Description of the issue

We will work with Printful to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES (INTERNATIONAL)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
